Medical assistance for foreign patients

The State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Vladimir Region "Dental Clinic No. 3 of Vladimir" provides qualified dental care to the adult population of the city.

Our clinic is located on Suzdal Avenue, Vladimir.

One of the advantages of our clinic is its convenient location.

We provide outpatient medical care, including:

1. In the implementation of primary health care in: public health and the organization of health care, dentistry, physiotherapy, examination of temporary disability;

2. In the implementation of specialized medical care in: orthopedic dentistry, therapeutic dentistry, surgical dentistry, examination of temporary disability;

3. In the implementation of pre-medical care for: medical examinations (pre-trip, post-trip), medical statistics, organization of nursing, radiology, nursing, dentistry, orthopedic dentistry, physiotherapy.

More than 60% of doctors and nurses have high qualification grade. Of these, more than a half are specialists of the highest and first category.

HEALTHCARE COVERAGE FOR FOREIGNERS

Clinic provides medical assistance to foreigners temporarily staying or permanently residing in Russia in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 06.03.2016 N 186 ' To approve the rules of providing medical care to foreign citizens in the Russian Federation'.

Emergency medical care is provided free of charge in all divisions of the clinic.

OBLIGATORY MEDICAL INSURANCE (OMI)

If a patient has an OMI policy

Planned medical care in the hospital is provided free of charge in all divisions of the clinic only to patients who are insured under OMI (upon presentation of an OMI policy or health insurance card).

Planned outpatient medical care for foreign citizens insured under OMI system is provided free of charge after they have been registered at the clinic.

If a patient does not have an OMI policy

Emergency medical care in case of sudden acute conditions and exacerbation of chronic diseases is provided to foreign citizens free .

Planned medical assistance to foreign citizens who are not insured under the OMI system is provided in accordance with voluntary healthcare insurance (VHI) contracts or on a fee basis under contracts on the provision of paid medical services.
